What the website is for

We bottle private label spring water. The website tells you about it, lets you design a label and ask us for a quote, and lets customers approve artwork, track orders and pay invoices. You may use it for those purposes and for nothing that would harm the website, its users or us — no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it or upload anything unlawful.

Quotes and orders

Sending a design or a quote request is not an order, and no price is fixed until we send you a written quote. An order starts when you accept a quote, and the quote, our invoice and these terms together set out what we will make and what you will pay. Payment is due as the invoice says.

Proofs

Before anything is printed we send you a proof. Please check it carefully — names, dates, spelling, colours and anything else on it — because we print what you approve. Colours on a screen are an approximation: printed colours vary with the screen, the label stock and the press. Previews such as the 3D bottle are illustrations, not proofs.

Your artwork

Logos, photographs and words you upload or send us remain yours. You confirm you own them or have permission to use them on a label, and you give us permission to use them to design, proof and print your labels and to keep them on file for reorders. We do not use your branding to promote Tri-Springs without asking you first. We may decline artwork that we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful or offensive.

Every label we bottle carries the information the law requires — the bottle size, the water source and our details as the bottler — and we place and size those ourselves. Any other claims on the label are yours to stand behind.

Accounts and signing in

Customer accounts are set up by invitation. Staff accounts are for Tri-Springs staff only, who may sign in with a password or with their Google account (“Sign in with Google”). Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is misused.

When you sign in with Google, Google confirms who you are and shares your name and email address with us; we use them only to sign you in. Your use of your Google account is also subject to Google's own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we receive from Google and what we do with it.

The website itself

The website, the label designer and their content belong to us or to those who license them to us. The fonts, patterns and icons in the designer may be used on labels we print for you. The website is provided as it is; we work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid us for that order. If an order is wrong because of our mistake, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will put it right.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you place an order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and disputes go to the courts of Tennessee.
